Engr. Godspower Obresah leverages on over 11 years of experience as an Instrument, Control and Automation Engineer with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). He has over 7 years of practical experience in Fire Protection/Electronic Security/Safety Systems Design, Installation and Maintenance, and also very familiar with the handling and usage of the following International Standards and Codes – IEC, ISA, API, ISO, DEP, etc. He is currently the Director Technical Services of Project Afrik.
Engr. Godspower has micro-managed several major projects as the Lead Instrument, Control and Automation Engineer such as Santa Barbara Early Oil Development Project, belema and Ekulama Environmental Upgrade Project, Gbaran E-Sand (Vito 4 and Vito 5) Project, Gbaran VZTX-2 Nag Flowline Realignment Project, Bonny Fuel Gas Instrumentation Upgrade Project, Associated Gas Solution Phase II Tranche II Project (Num River, Diebu Creek & Oguta Booster Stations), etc.
Engr. Godspower holds a B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from RSUST. He commands expert level proficiency in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI)(Intool), Instrumentation Calculation Software (Instrucal), AutoCADD, and has attended the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Level 3 and HUET and SAS Certified.
